Had a nice lunch today at Pineapple Willys. Sat outside and enjoyed the view of the Emerald Green gulf and although a hot day stayed pretty cool with a light breeze and the shade.

Copius amounts of cold iced tea also helped.

Kept it simple today and asked Pine what to order. His reco, the Mahi BLT was a great choice. Tender, flaky Mahi grilled and on nice bread with Smoked Bacon and Lettuce and Tomato. Dripped a bit of tartar on and dug in. Filling but not heavy which is nice on a hotter day. Subbed in some nice crisp fries and my boss got the Cobb salad which was also a winner.

Looking forward to my next trip so I can try one of the Po-Boys on french. See you soon Pine!

Cannot ask for a better location either.

Emerald Coast 101

We loved Pineapple Willy's! We got awesome food and customer service there. The waitress was very friendly and funny. She stopped by the table at least every few minutes and kept drink refills coming. We sat outside and enjoyed the ocean breeze. I wish we had gone there for our anniversary dinner rather than Capt. Anderson's. Pineapple Willy's, slo cooked mo better!!!
