Yes it is. Stopped in a couple weeks ago to have a fried snickers bar! YUM!

Where is this Frank n Steins located? I will be in Panama City next week and would love to try a fried snickers!.....or what is it close too?

It's near the intersection of Joan Avenue and Thomas Drive... next door to Hammerhead Fred's and across the street from Summit Condos. Eat some great lunch at Spinnaker's Paradise Grill, then walk across the street to Frank'n'Steins for dessert. (they also have fried milky way and fried twix... haven't tried either of those, yet....)

I'm glad to hear it returned this year. I love that place! Besides the desserts, the loaded corn dogs are fantastic, open-faced with chilli, mustard, craut and such. I'm definitely returning there when I come down later this year. If you have kids, they'll love it too.

Does anyone know the price range?

I don't remember the exact prices but it's not expensive at all. I'm a big guy, and one loaded Monster corndog with fries, drink and dessert definitely filled me up and it didn't cost a lot. If I had to guess, it was maybe $6-7 counting tax, but I don't remember exactly. It's worth it, that's all I remember :)
