Highly Disappointed!!!

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I read all the reviews / suggestions and was let down. Our kids put several $$ in juke box but some dude? behind the bar "rigged" it so his 8 songs of crappy rap music played the entire time we were trying to eat RIGHT NEXT TO IT!! Not everyone watches BET dude. He said he put $$ in... NOT... liar, our chairs butted up against it... I watched him move it out every time and never put a dime in it!! I THOUGHT CUSTOMERS CAME FIRST!!!!

Oh, and the fried oysters were about the size of a dime, not very tasty and when I tried to spice them up with the cocktail sauce it was like pouring watered down ketchup on them!! It was awful... I've never been so disappointed at a restaurant at the beach before this!

Also, we knew we would have to wait a while for dinner of course we are in PCB... they told us an hour which turned into 2 1/2 hours... still waiting we volunteered to split up our group and they still automatically charged us the high priced gratuity which I believe was not fair after the service we had received.

WILL NOT EVER GO BACK AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Mrs Peel will become famous soon enough
Hunt's Oyster Bar has a website and if that happened to me, I would definitely contact them & let them know. With all the competition for the vacation dollar out there, a small family run business can't afford to let rude employees or sub-standard food go unchecked. Hunt's has a good reputation that I'm sure they'd want to protect. Who knows, maybe they'll reimburse you or send you a gift card for your next visit. It's happened to me before.
