If you're looking for something a little different in PCB... check out David's Sno-Balls. I've been by David's for a Cafe Au Lait and Beignets... and also for the RB Po-boy and I gotta say, it's like a little slice of New Orleans right here in PCB. The Beignets are just like the ones you get in the Quarter, and the Roast Beef Po-boy... well, the meet is slow cooked for several hours and the bread is shipped in from New Orleans. It's the real deal! Add some Zapp's chips (another cajun classic) and a Coke and it's a killer lunch!

The place is kinda small (only 3 tables) and can get busy, but if you go and it's busy... stay and order... it's worth the wait!

And, yes, David is from Louisiana, so you can count on it tasting just like the Po-boys and Beingets you get in New Orleans. Good stuff! Highly recommended.
