David's "New Orleans Style" Sno-Balls, Beignets and Coffee

If you're looking for something a little different in PCB... check out David's Sno-Balls. They've got awesome sno-balls (of course) but they also have ice cream, killer beignets, great coffee, homemade pralines, Nathan's Hot Dogs, the best Roast Beef Po-boy this side of New Orleans, a Meatball Po-boy and coming soon - the Muffaletta!

Here's the website:
David's New Orleans Style Sno-Balls

I've been by David's for a Cafe Au Lait and Beignets... and also for the RB Po-boy and I gotta say, it's like a little slice of New Orleans right here in PCB. The Beignets are just like the ones you get in the Quarter, and the Roast Beef Po-boy... well, the meet is slow cooked for several hours and the bread is shipped in from New Orleans. It's the real deal! Add some Zapp's chips (another cajun classic) and a Coke and it's a killer lunch!

The place is kinda small (only 3 tables) and can get busy, but if you go and it's busy... stay and order... it's worth the wait!

And, yes, David is from Louisiana, so you can count on it tasting just like the Po-boys and Beingets you get in New Orleans. Good stuff! Highly recommended.

Summer 2010 hours are:
Tue-Sat, 9am - 8pm
Sun & Mon, Noon-8pm

David's is located on East Back Beach Road across from Carrabas in the Bid-A-Wee Shopping Center.

Call ahead for to-go orders: 850-236-1998

P.S. For you locals in charge of parties and events, they have a fully operational trailer for your event!

I can vouch for their hot dogs! Still trying to figure out what a "Tiger Blood" sno-ball might taste like, though.
