I was wondering if anyone can tell me anything about the Whispering Seas condos. I know they are a small, older complex; but I need to know if they are nice?

There are several family members who are coming down in August and we can't get any idea of what kind of place it is. I am traveling with my daughter and her family. Her father-in-law, who is only 60 but has terminal cancer, wants to have one last vacation with his family and grandkids and wants to come to Panama City. They prefer a small place with easy bach access because of the kids and grandfather. They have chosen Whispering Seas. It seemed small and was reasonable.

But we can't find any information. Can anyone tell me "anything" about Whispering Seas, the pool area, the rooms, and the beach area?

We need to make it special for him.

Hoosiergirl, what a touching, sad story. Caused me to have tears in my eyes. They have a website if they are called the Whispering Seas Beach Resort. I was trying to find some reviews on the place but found none. Have not ever heard of the place as we have never been down Surf Dr. Looks fairly decent from the outside anyway and has a wonderful view. I am sure you viewed their website. Does not have any contact us information available, so there is not much to go on. Call this number, it is for the Convention and Visitors bureau. The Panama City Beach Convention and Visitors Bureau maintains two toll-free consumer numbers which are 1-800-PCBEACH. Other number is for Canadian inquiries.
