I need advice from people who have stayed at both places. We want to stay at Long Beach Resort, in which we love, however, my sister always stays at Sterling with good reviews and says we should try it. I just want to make sure that wherever we stay has no construction next door. Which one do you all think is the nicest?

Lots of construction down the way towards Long Beach - not so much near Sterling --

True, I believe this BUT as long as I can walk out my balcony door and see the ocean and beautiful sand, I am good to go.

I miss old pcb. I still remember the days of mark 2 and the bright star motel. And, when a young girl could stroll down the beach ALONE at 2 in the morning!!! WOW. Times are a changin.

I noticed they are even building way down toward the end of west pcb a couple of condos. I guess it's only a matter of time before that sides builds up as well.
