Have they completed their renovation? We are booked to stay there in July, and I forgot to ask. They were in the middle of some upgrades last July when we were there.

Anybody else ever stayed there? Likes? Dislikes?

We used to stay at Regency Towers when we went on our "girls trip" to the beach and always had a nice room. The furnishings were a little more outdated than alot of the condos down there, but the ones we got were always clean. We liked it because we could get the free night special in May, that way we could get a 3 bedroom and split it and stay 4 nights for not very much. When I go on my vacation I prefer to stay at one of the newer condos though. We've stayed at Sterling Beach the past 3 years and it's awesome, I would recommend it to anyone, the staff is great, the condos are beautiful, it's definitely first rate. We decided to stay at the Boardwalk Condos in July when we come down, I hope we like them as much as Sterling Beach!

The Boardwalk is the best choice for comfort and amenities that we have stayed at. Its far above the rest of the so called 5 Star resorts and the only true 5 Star resort on the beach

The regency is newly renovated and in great shape now! Internet in all the rooms, two hot tubs and two pools, and wonderful views from the rooms. I can't wait till' week after next!

Yay, I'm going to the Boardwalk in 2 weeks!! I can't wait!!
