Yeah, we're a low traffic site. Only 640,000 people visited us in June. There's only 166 people viewing the forums right now and it's almost midnight. You might as well be speaking to the wind.

I am talking about PCB site. I see very few people online when I am and maybe I am on at odd times. But I see posts from only a few people and a lot from the same people. I am sure you are right. I also understand the customer is always right and in this case the customer is Emerald Beach.

Bamaden, may I give some advice? PCB is a great destination spot, and the beaches are beautiful no matter where you stay. You should focus on having a great vacation, and not let the misleading accommodations bring you down and ruin your trip. I have stayed in a few dumps in my time but I never let it ruin my vacation. I have NEVER had a bad time in PCB. Some places are better than others but so what Get out of the room and on the beach where you belong! Have a great trip, and just think of it as an adventure. I'm sorry to hear that you have problems with where you are staying, but try not to dwell on the negative so much and focus on the positive note of being in one of the most beautiful, exciting, and fun places on earth! Have a safe and fun trip and post some pics of you smiling and having fun, that is what we all would like to see.

I've said many times I have no problem being critical of any business... clients or not. I have offered constructive criticism in many threads regarding our advertisers.

But, I have no personal experience at Emerald Beach. The only thing I know is what I've read (both here and on other websites like TripAdvisor) but, there aren't many reviews since it's a new resort. Yours is the first bad review I've seen.

Again, I don't doubt that you're having a bad experience. In fact, I'm trying to sympathize with you and hope that they make it up to you somehow.

But, my comments will seem biased to you since EB is paying advertiser... so, what I'm saying probably makes no difference to you.

Sorry, but I do hope you have a good vacation. It's too bad that you got stuck there twice when you were unhappy about it to begin with.
