It seems that the Long Beach Resort gets good reviews, anything else I should know? We haven't been to PCB in almost 13 years and we are visiting in October, already reserved a unit at Long Beach Resort from an owner.

I have always had good results when renting from a owner at LBR. Except this time. The unit just wasnt clean..and their was no way you could of even got the carpet clean etc...than on our last day there we seen a roach!! (a big one). I have NEVER seen a roach while renting there but I guess there is a first time for everything. I hope the one you are renting is not in Tower one on the 12th floor!!!! You should have a good time though. For all and all it is a great place!

thanks for the info, I am sorry to hear that you got a bad unit. I guess we are lucky. We have always rented directly from the owner and always been very happy with the condo's. A person that I know did rent a condo from Long Beach and she told me that when they arrived in the early morning hours, they had no toilet paper in the bathrooms, wet towels in the washing machine and she wasn't sure about the dishes in the dishwasher if they were clean or not. She contacted the owner and they must've had a problem with the housekeeping company. I am thankful to say we are staying in tower 2. thanks again.

We rented from a owner not the LBR office. But I should of known not to change our previous owners but I kinda waited till the last minuite to book it so my dates were taken from the owner where we usually stay. But all in all we had a GREAT time!!! Plus we spent most of the time outside anyways. LOL The lagoon pool at LBR is awesome! Have a great time!!! We leave again tomorrow!

We stayed in 2005 and rented from the owner. It was wonderful. We will be staying in the same condo as before in October.
