When we were down there in November, there was a new building under construction just east of Moonspinner. Does anyone know the name of the place or is it an extension of Moonspinner? Will it be open by this summer? Any info would be greatly appreciated! We love that it's right next to St. Andrews State Park.

Is it on the park side, or one the other side of Moonspinner? I would love to stay there, but they were a little too high priced for my taste.

It's on the park side, east of Moonspinner. As I recall, it wasn't as tall as Moonspinner & it was just one building. There wasn't any kind of sign out on the road saying what it was going to be, but that was back in November, so maybe a springbreaker will have a progress report when they get back!
If it's new condos, we'd love to stay there 'cause we really enjoy the park. Last time we were there on the pier, we watched a guy throw a net off the pier & pull up about a dozen big mullet!

I need to head down to that pier and fish this year. I have never fished from that pier.
