Is there Any Condos Near Thomas Drive that rents to 19+????

Every Condominiums I look up for spring break near Thomas Dr and All the party places, you have to be 25+.... Is there any Condominiums that I probably over looked? As of right now I have a reservation at the Sandpiper Beach Resort and that is 7 miles away from everything. But its the only place I found that would rent to my age group. If not any is that Resort nice??????

The plus about staying at the Sandpiper is that the Tiki Bar is located in the hotel. It gets wild there, so you'll have a good time. You can always take a taxi to the super clubs, Harpoon Harry's, etc.

Alot of those condos in those buildings are privately owned and you can rent those through certain sites. I can't remember off the top of my head the name of them but do a google search. If you get one that is privately owned @ the Boardwalk or somewhere, you can be 18+ b/c it is all up to the owner of the condo, not the Boardwalk. But like the other guy said, you have the Tiki Bar under the Sandpiper and theres people down that way all the time too.

vrbo.com or vacationrentals.com. Big list of privately owned condos on those sites. I rented our condo at the Boardwalk through there, and none of us are 25.

Condos are great because if you work it right, you can get one for cheaper than a normal room would cost.

Yeah. I went there I was a little too late for all the condos at the boardwalk and summit. So I just got a new one at the calypso way cheaper then the room I got at the sandpiper. But thanks anyways!

Make sure you behave yourself if you are not 25 at the Sunbird. They have a complex rule that the renter needs to be 25.
