I decided rather late on panama city, but I staterted looking for rooms yesterday but can't find any and the condo's wont rent to me( I am 24!!!).

Can anyone help please, I will like to be there march 14-19

The Inn requires you to be 25 and most of the other ones listed( or the ones that doesn't have the age limit is sold out on rooms), the price on the Inn would have been GREAT!!!

Flygeirl if that doesn't work out for you I would suggest going to vrbo.com and looking through there to see if anyone has anything. Those condos are all owned by private owners and most of them will rent to you even if you aren't 25. That's how I found the condos that lbresort3 was talking about.
