need a luxury hotel!
Me and my friends will be returning from Iraq just in time for sb 09. we went to pcb in 06 and 07 and had a blast, but this time since we got a little money saved up, we wanna do something nice. is there any hotels that anybody knows of that has penthouse suites or something of this nature? and also does pcb have any limo services or other cities that cater to pcb? and what is the best way about going vip at the clubs? thanks for any help.

Welcome to the forums Patrick.
Check out the Summit for penthouse suites. Most suites are privately owned, so you may need to go through private owners (check out Vacation Homes Rentals by Owner) Summit is right next to Spinnaker/La Vela. Boardwalk condos (beside Boardwalk hotel) might have something as well. Holiday Inn Sunspree might be worth checking out. Not sure if they have suites, but the HI is a party within itslef. BUT, if you really want to enjoy yourselves and have your own parties, rent a beach house! More hotels and house rentals: Panama City Beach Hotels & Rentals Plenty of limo's: Panama City Beach Limousines and Taxis Contact La Vela and Spinnaker ahead of time for VIP arangements. CLV has bottle service and more. Spinaker will probably set something up if you're willing to pay. Both clubs sell a VIP card that is definitely worth buying (just to save cover charges and long lines - not to mention the $$ you save on drinks) Panama City Beach Bars & Clubs Good luck w/ Spring Break and thanks for serving in Iraq! For booking hotel suites, it is often best to call the hotels and talk to someone. I love booking online (and usually do so), but I'd suggest doing a Google Maps business search for hotels in PCB, then getting on the phone.
You might not find a "penthouse" type situation at most hotels, but often the best suites will be on the highest floors. Like the idea of renting a home, but if you are single guys and want to be scamming the chicks (er, meeting many fine young women who are also on vacation), much better odds lounging around the hotel pool and casually letting it get around that you are the guys with the suite on one of the top floors. Per limos, call everyone and negotiate. They will try to tell you that Spring Break is prime time, but in reality... how many spring breakers rent limos or town cars? PS I'm a cigar connoisseur who like to send some to the troops from time-to-time. If you know any groups of friends over there that would enjoy some sticks (cigars), PM me with their info. |

i think boardwalk condos are 100 times nicer, more elegant, less strict, more class than summit or any hotel i have been to.
