Watercrest/Long Beach/a place w/ 2 master suites - info/reviews?

Hello! I'm looking for reviews on the Watercrest condos and maybe some other suggestions. I've been searching endlessly on VRBO for a place to rent in July of this year. There will be 6 of us and we are looking for a 3 bedroom condo w/ two master suites - both with ocean views (balcony access a plus). This seems very rare and so far, I've only found Watercrest and Long Beach Resort that offer these things. I've been reading the forums here and it looks like Long Beach is getting great reviews. Any opinions on Watercrest? Any other condos that offer this 2 master suite option?
THANKS!!

Long Beach Resort

Just for your information, I have posted a floor plan for a 3 bedroom unit at Long Beach. Usually, the bedrooms on the left and right have king beds and the middle one 2 queens. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. All rooms have floor to ceiling windows that look directly at the Gulf. There are two balconys on a 3 bedroom. The big balcony can be accessed from either bedroom or the living room. The side balcony is accessed from the bedroom and looks at the Gulf and is over one of the pools.

To quote the Developer, "If I had built Long beach like they build condos today I could have put 5 times as many units as Long Beach has on the same property."

Any other questions about Long Beach, feel free to ask.

Thank you for the info! I've noticed on a lot of the Long Beach 3 bedrooms, the third bedroom has it's own kitchenette also. Is that standard on all of the 3 bed units at LB? It's a bit more than we are looking for since most likely our daughters would be staying in that room. It's not a deal breaker for us but I am trying to pinch pennies where I can.

Most of the time the third bedroom only has a small sink and dorm fridge just as you enter the room. With the kitchen being just ten feet away there is no need for a second small kitchen unless they try to rent their unit as a two bedroom with a studio lockout. None of ours have cooking equipment in that area.

Thank you LBResort! Would you happen to know anything about Beachside Resorts Realty? I found a LB 3 bedroom on their site that looks nice. I've never rented from a company, just the owner themselves. It makes me a little nervous after reading some horror stories on here!
It was unit 901, tower 3. Thanks!!

I have not heard anything good or bad about them and I haven't been in that unit.

We have 101, 201, and 501 in that Tower if you like a lower floor.

Do you rent through VRBO or another site? I would definitely be interested in checking out your units!

We have several websites on VRBO. You can go to our VRBO /84000 and then scroll down and see a page with all our listings. If we can be of more help you can use the VRBO to contact.

Just to let you know, Long Beach is finishing up on a total redo of our world famous big lagoon pool.
