Any thoughts on staying @ the Holiday Inn or Grandview condo's for SB09? Car parking? Any of them require u 2 b 25? Thanks for the suggestions..never been to FL b 4.

Have stayed at both. IF you're going for SB you'd probably be happier at The Sunspree (HI). Tiki Bar with food, fun pool. We're a family of yougg teens, the Grandview is pretty upscale, plus parking is a real pain, limited number of spaces at the resort, overflow is across busy Hwy 98. Our condo was great though, booked through bookit.com
