If you are a hockey fan and think because your visiting Pensacola your gonna miss out your wrong. Hockey is huge in pensacola with the hometown Pensacola Ice Pilots. even if you've never seen a hockey game give it a shot and you'll be hooked.

This is a great league! When I lived in Va Beach - they have a team in this league - Hampton Roads Admirals ....I STILL wear my jersey!

Hockey on the gulf coast - I hear the Pilots have had some GREAT games - and they do have quite a following -- I look forward to getting over there next season for a game or two or three.....

i actually used to have season tickets and played in their developmental league about 5 yrs. ago.

Tallahassee used to have a hockey team. The Tiger Sharks played in the Leon County Civic Center. They became the Macon (GA) Whoopee ( ) in 2001 but, I don't know if they're still in the ECHL anymore or not.

I saw one game in Tally before they moved to Macon. It was a good time. I'll have to check out the Ice Pilots soon.
