Festival on the Green
April 4-5, 2008
The University of West Florida Main Campus located at 11000 University Parkway hosts this two-day event that welcomes the Northwest Florida and South Alabama communities to the UWF campus.

Festivities at this year’s event will include a fine arts show and craft fair, dog agility showcase, musical performances, sporting events, food vendors, a children’s fair and more.

Pensacola Jazz Fest
April 5-6, 2008
Pensacola JazzFest 2008 promises to be an exciting event. Performers will include: Butch Thompson’s Big Three, Shelly Berg Trio, The Jazz Guardians, and Saxophonist Dayve Stewart. This is a free festival presented as the Jazz Society's annual gift to the community. Support from WUWF-FM, Arts Council of NWFL and Florida Arts Council, commercial and individiual sponsors makes it possible.

Interstate Mullet Toss
April 24-27, 2008
A Mullet Toss consists of individuals on the beach throwing a mullet, from a 10-foot circle in Alabama across the state line into Florida.

Not to mention a great excuse to throw a weekend long party, with lots of fun activities, great music and food!
