Waterford Sound to Host Community Open House & Boat Show September 2

NAVARRE, Fla. (Aug. 18, 2006) – Waterford Sound, a multi-million dollar Florida coastal community currently under construction in Navarre, Fla., will host a community open house and boat show at 1 Waterford Sound Blvd., Navarre from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 2.

Attendees will have an opportunity to meet the Waterford Sound team, explore the coastal lifestyle development and enjoy food and a wide-range of boats provided by Bahia Mar Marine. The event is free and open to the public.

Located on the sound-side of Hwy 98, one mile east of The ZOO in Gulf Breeze, the gated community of Waterford Sound will include 259 lots priced at $125,000 and up. Builders are expected to begin construction on homes in Phase I the second week of September, 2006 with the entry-way scheduled for completion by mid-September.

Reminiscent of Destin’s Watercolor and Seaside communities, this multi-million dollar Florida coastal community was the brainchild of First Colony Land Development and Blue Gulf Capital & Development. The centerpiece of this new development, a unique waterfront boardwalk, will come complete with pool, pavilion, fitness center, and lookout tower.
