Myrtle Beach/Murrells Inlet Fishing

I had the chance to fish with some guides in Murrells Inlet SC this summer and had a great time. If you want to meet some good hard working fishermen look up Capt. Kerry and Capt. Shannon in Murrells inlet on the Marshwalk. Their web site is full of great pics and stories of people that have been fishing.

OK...let's put up a couple of me and my group..I'm in the middle. My Brother and his wife were along and the Capt. took our pic. We got a couple reds and a flounder. It was a slow day but we made the best of it. Not as much bait this year as last......?

Nice! Ever tried this recipe for the redfish? It's world-famous: Redfish on the Half Shell

I get that dish at Bourbon House every time I visit New Orleans (which isn't often enough these days!)

Don't forget the crab meat - it's the key to the recipe!

Sounds great.....We wrap them in tin foil,season/butter and have taters with them...also do some on the grill. GOOD eat'n

Forgot about the Flounder....The Capt. said the same about the crab meat....He cut them down the middle/butterfly style and we put the crab in and did the wrap in foil and oven...man it wuz good..
