When was the Regency Towers and The Summit built?

Hey everybody, I was just wondering if anybody knew when the Regency Towers and the Summit built? It's been on my mind for a long time. Thanks.

According to information included in condos for sale, The Summit was built in 1984. For Regency Towers, some say 1975 and some 1982. I guess for RT it depends which building.
