Heyy! So my boyfriend is all about going to "Mom & Pop" restaurants when we go on vacation...
What are some good places in PCB to go to... he's looking for some good seafood places!!
Thanks!

I'd probably post this in the general discussion thread. Probably a better chance locals will see it and there may already be a thread on it.
My favorites for seafood:
Capt. Anderson's
Capt's Table
Dee's Hangout
Boon Docks
Schooners
Boatyard
Bayou on the Beach
Hunt's Oyster Bar
Salty Sue's
Shuckums
Uncle Ernie's
Also, if you want something other than seafood, try:
Liza's Kitchen (weekend brunch is awesome!)
Fatty's Sandwich Shop
Andy's Flour Power
If you feel really adventurous, you and your BF would probably enjoy a daytrip to 30-A... so many great places to eat, shop, go for a romantic stroll or bike ride. Seriously, it's another world over there and only 20 minutes from PCB. Another article.
Oooooo ok thanks! He went to Uncle Ernie's last night actually
Not a local. I might as well be because we go down several times a year and have family there.
I love Dee's Hangout. Great guy too. Boatyard is great too even though it could be touristy.
We agree with "swn5363" on most of the places for local. Here is what we think are their best items.
Salty Sues-BBQ, fried shrimp with their homemade tartar sauce, and smokey wings
Boars Head-steaks and seafood
Jade Garden for togo and Mikato - oriental
Pompanos-Shrimpboat's menu on the beach
Dee Hangout-big servings, small dining area real good
Angelos- good steaks and ribs. Try the green beans instead of the fries.
I know it's not seafood but theres an excellent mexican place (cant remember the name) but its across the street from the Sunspree in the plaza with the subway.
