If you like Gumbo you will not want to miss this event. The Annual Great Southern Gumbo Cook-Off will be held on January 15, 2005 at the Market Shops at Sandestin. The public can taste gumbo from fifteen of the area's restaurants. There will be door prizes, events for the kids, and live music.
