Wow am I a lazy mother f***** or what lol
Unless you are 25, you won't be able to rent a condo unless it is privately owned.
The Summit rents condos to persons under the age of 25 but over 21, however, they are old sold out for the peak week of spring break...
The Chateau rents condos to those under 25, and has space but it is located 4 miles away from LaVela and MTVU, is probably your best and only option unless you are 25, or traveling with someone who can check into the room that is.
You might be able to get a privately owned condo if you check craigslist or even Ebay...if not you could always split a hotel room.
also try vrbo.com
hes right gotta be 25 the summit is near everything next to spinnakers right across the street from hammerheadfreds where i work, madd females everywhere this might be the best springbreak in years no lie shun
Yeah, condos in that area are going to be hard to come by so near to spring break. I had to call a bunch of diff private owners to find a place at boardwalk condos. Got a 2 room place for $1950 for the week.. a little more than the cost of a hotel. And this was 2 weeks ago.
Edit: Just saw you are coming from B-More. You all driving? 15hrs.. whew.. Im not looking forward to that drive.

Yeh, were not worried about the drive. We have a private limo the whole time. Picking us up in Bmore and taking us to PCB and being our driver the whole time if we even need him. So were good there. As far as a place, one person is 25 so we are good to get a place at the grandview where were thinking. But, boardwalk condos might be the best shot, if there still some available.
A limo ride for over 1000 miles? Hah. Cool I guess, never herd of limos going that far before. How much is that anyway?
My buddy owns the limo and his driver is a friend of mine. All we have to do is pay for gas, his room and board and his food. Thats how its done!!!!
