Enjoying Gulf Shrimp!

For the past two days, I have been enjoying gulf shrimp here in KY. My partents just got back from PCB and were kind enough to bring me back some freshly cooked shrimp on ice.

It is kind of bitter-sweet though. I enjoy the shrimp, but I would MUCH rather be able to be in PCB and get the shrimp myself.

September will not come soon enough

It's tough to beat fresh gulf shrimp.

I agree, nothing better than fresh seafood in general! I'm thankful to live down here because I hate chain restaurants and there's plenty of mom and pop places around here, with fresh seafood.
