Key West Bed & Breakfast

I need input on a bed & breakfast in Key West (Old Town). Anyone have any suggestions as to choosing a good B&B? Topless sunbathing is a preferable. All adult is mandatory. Two to three blocks off of Duval is desirable. Help.
