The SUN is back out and should stay out for the next several days. Temps close to 70º all week! Looks like you guys coming next week will catch the best weather!

Also, after chekcing out the beach hotspots all week, I can definitely say the BEST places during the day are behind the Superclubs (Club La Vela and Spinnaker) and behind the Holiday Inn Resort.

My 1st day

12 hour drive wasnt too bad. LOTS of cops in East texas. Went thru a DUI check point in Missisippi. 2 cars in front of me had to get checked.

Got to Days Inn at 9:30 AM..3 hours early for checkin. So we went to Walmart to stock up and walked to Pineapple Willy's.

We check in a few hours later and pregame with champagne and fruit punch mixed together. Just a lite drink.

Beach was real windy. Like 30 mph winds. Water was closed to the public. No one was on the beach...well some were but not a lot. Very windy today.

We sleep for 3 hours. I missed Daniel Lee's phone call.

Get up and walk to the liquor store across the street. We buy bacardi, rum, whiskey, vodka, bud lights.

We drink. My cousin just took a shot of vodka, i drank half a cup of the bacardi....whoops.

We walk all the way to Pineapple Willy's. The bacardi kicks in on the way and I get drunk as ****. Thank goodness my cousin kept me in check.

Eat at willys...place is delicious. We ate aligator tail and fries. The tail sucked.

We walk back and i sober up as we go.

Get back, watch soem tv, and crash.
