Where: WaterSound's Village Commons

This heart healthy event is part of Sacred Heart Foundation's capital campaign to raise $5 million for the expansion of heart and vascular services at Sacred Heart Hospital on the Emerald Coast in Walton County, Florida. While supporting Sacred Heart, participants will receive a gift bag, and there will be prizes for the top male and female runners and the top in the children's category. Post-race refreshments will be served at WaterSound's Village Commons, courtesy of The St. Joe Company.

"We're proud to be a committed supporter of the Sacred Heart Health System in their goal of expanding heart and vascular care at the Walton County hospital," said Mary Rosenheim, Senior Vice President and General Manager of JOE's West Florida Region. "We have a long history of working with the organization, most recently in donating land for the new Sacred Heart Hospital in Port St. Joe."

To register for the run, visit www.Active.com, pick up a flyer at local retailers, or contact Joan Luchese at jmluchese@bellsouth.net or (850) 231-9941 for registration details. For more information about Sacred Heart Foundation, please visit www.sacred-heart.org/foundation/. End of Article
