Finally, Key West hosts an event to celebrate the culinary arts and the rich food and drink heritage found in the Florida Keys!
The inaugural dates for the four-day Key West Food and Wine Festival will be Thursday, January 28 through Sunday, January 31, 2010!
Nationwide, tens of thousands of "foodies" and wine lovers attend food and wine festivals each year. In addition to great opportunities to taste local cuisines and fine wines, these attendees travel to these destination festivals because of the exceptional location. Not only does Key West already have a well-respected local restaurant and bar foundation, it is also a unique destination with an international reputation. Key West has the resources of some of the freshest seafood anywhere in the world. It is their goal to bring awareness of their amazing restaurants, unique local ingredients, gorgeous weather and funky fun atmosphere to a well-heeled group of food and wine enthusiasts.
