Every year, for 16 years, people who live in the Florida Keys have come together for this monster event... to eat... and drink... and drink and eat. There are a lot of cities who have similar events, and some of them are really good, but, true to style, Key West does it with their own unique style, and it's really worth planning your next getaway to be here for it.

Where: Truman Waterfront Pier

The event takes place down on the Truman Waterfront Pier, overlooking the world famous Key West sunset... from the pier, you can see where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Gulf of Mexico. It's just a BEAUTIFUL location, with a great breeze blowing in off the cool water. There are more than 50 local restaurants there to pitch in, and it's not just a few waiters looking to get out for a day – it's the owners of the restaurants and the top chefs... and they really are there to show off their BEST. The wine flows, the bands play, the food sizzles, the wind blows, the sun sets... and everyone you've been wanting to see all year long shows up.

The best thing about it is that all the proceeds go to AIDS Help. It's their biggest fundraiser of the year, and they are an incredible organization.
