This year, Key West celebrates 30 years of Fantasy Fest with even more fantastical fun shared as usual by more than 70,000 costumed partygoers from all over the world. This year's theme is "Villains, Vixens, and Vampires."
The rich Caribbean tradition that flavors Key West will be celebrated this year during the 29th Annual Goombay Festival. The exuberant street party showcases island arts and crafts, music and food in the heart of Key West's historic Bahama Village neighborhood.
Join Rick Dostal, founder and event organizer, for the 32nd Annual St. Patrick’s Day Bar Stroll on Saturday March 14th, 2010. Each year participants in "the stroll" visit several local waterholes in an effort to raise money for local Key West charities.
Last year's event raised $7,500 for the Cancer Foundation of the Florida Keys and the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Florida Keys area.
