Having “nothing to do” is a good thing to some and not so good to others…but if you’re looking for “something” to do, family-friendly Myrtle Beach is chock-full of recreational activities.

It's possible top ride the state's largest roller coaster at Family Kingdom, Myrtle Beach's most popular Amusement Park with over 30 fun-filled rides to choose from! The Sling-shot Drop Zone is the newest attraction and just about the only safe way to "freefall" 110-feet or so...and please…do that "before" lunch! The state's largest Ferris Wheel is also in the park along with a state of the art Log Flume, two Go-Kart tracks, bumper cars, and a historical carousel. There is an interactive laser ride called the Pistolero Round-Up and a miniature Locomotive winds its way through the park and under the massive roller coaster! Visitors are surrounded on all sides by menacing 10-foot sharks as they walk through Dangerous Reef... a 750,000 gallon tank. Other spectacular features at Ripley's include viewing a variety of "rays" from multiple viewing levels and Friendship Flats, where guests touch Atlantic and Southern Cow-Nose Rays and Bonnet-Head sharks. But wait...there's more at Rainbow Rock where guests have a stunning view of thousands of brilliantly colored Pacific fishes from Hawaii, Australia and the Indian Ocean through an acrylic window the size of two movie screens!
