Old Algiers RiverFest is presented annually by Old Algiers Main Street Corporation, whose mission is to preserve and revitalize the historically commercial corridors of Old Algiers. From 12 noon to 6 p.m. on both days, the riverfront area in front of the historic Algiers Courthouse will be filled with the sound of great jazz, gospel and brass bands, the aroma of New Orleans cuisine and a dizzying visual display of fine arts and crafts.
