Panama City Beach Seafood, Wine and Music Festival
October 9-11, 2009
Where: Frank Brown Park

Seafood, celebrity chef exhibitions & more:
Local and area celebrity chef's from some of the legendary Panama City Beach restaurants including Reggae J's, Breakers, Saltwater Grill, The Back Porch, Firefly, Hammerhead Fred's, Boatyard, and more performed special exhibitions over the 3 day event in 2008 and the upcoming 2009 festival promises another great line up. A special thanks to our partners "DCS by Fisher & Paykel" who provided the outdoor kitchen used during the exhibitions.

Wine from local and nationally recognized vineyards:
The festival offers three full-bodied days of wining, dining and socializing amid several local, domestic and international wines. We are proud to announce Florida's own Republic National as our exclusive wine partner. They will host rare wine auctions, present celebrity winemakers, top vineyards, wine tastings each day and more. Beginners will have an opportunity to sample the wines, learning about the make-up and the regions they come from while wine experts will have an opportunity to sample some of the rarer wines they might not otherwise get a chance to try.

Grand wine tastings daily:
Included with General Admission tickets, adults 21+ will have an opportunity to taste wines from all over the world, learn about them, and more. Beer and wine will be available for sale from gates open to gates close. Special wine tasting opportunities are included with general admission tickets.

Musical acts:
This year's lineup includes Styx, Julianne Hough, John Anderson, and Grand Funk Railroad!

Classic car show:
Saturday and Sunday there will be a special "Classic Car Show" included with your general admission ticket.

FESTIVAL -

We had a great time at the festival the first night, but the rock band entertainment keeps getting worse and worse. There is too much trouble when the rock bands are there. Fighting ect.
Clean up your act Panama City and get it back to being real entertainment without the crazyness.

Also the prices are getting way out of reason. I will just bet the festival sold many more tshirts the year before when they were reasonably priced, and out of state people don't really care about the local artist. Why do we want a t-shirt with a local artist, and with a fish at that.
