The Shaddai Shriners are sponsoring the 3rd annual Under the Oaks Bluegrass festival at Under the Oaks Park on beautiful St Andrews Bay in Parker, Florida. The dates are May 10-12, 2012. This year's event will feature many popular bands from around the region. This event is made possible with the cooperation of the Shaddai Shriners, Bay County and the City of Parker. Come enjoy the music, food, and scenery!
