It’s Paradise...and Everybody Says So!

I live in paradise… and apparently I'm not the only one who says so! Panama City Beach is currently #5 on the Travel Channel's list for the "Best Family Beach" in America. We've always been known for the most gorgeous beaches imaginable, but it's the entertainment and fun for ALL ages that really makes Panama City Beach special. Whether you're with your family or a group of friends, there's plenty on the beach you won't want to miss!

The Travel Channel also rated many of our Panama City Beach landmarks, such as the Bay Point Marriott, listed as one of the "Best Luxurious Hotels," and Chateau Hotel, touted as the "Spring Break Mecca." Both of these hotels have terrific locations that put you in the middle of where it's all happening. If you want to dine waterfront, then check out Schooner's and Pineapple Willy's...and for the best local seafood, Captain Anderson's is a must! But the Treasure Ship is one of the only places where parents can sit back and relax while their kids have the time of their life!

For more family fun, Shipwreck Island Amusement Waterpark has always been a "hot spot" and a great way to enjoy fun in the water. If you want to connect with nature, nothing's easier…or better than a day on Shell Island or inside St. Andrews State Park. A car or taxi will get you to the park, and whether you want to spend the day on Shell Island or just take a look, there are boats and ferries that run as scheduled all over the beach. After sunset, Club La Vela is "tops" for nightclubs in the area, and the place to go and dance ALL night long!
