They call this place “The Last Local Beach Club,” because
it is one of the last holdouts for the classic beach style... with
danceworn wood floors and tin roof... a bar perched out right on the
Gulf. The bands start early and by sunset, the dance floor is packed.
Every sunset, someone from the crowd lights the fuse on the old cannon
and everyone counts down to “blast off” just as the sun
dips below the horizon. Schooners keeps the prices low, the beer ice
cold and the seafood fresh. Schooners chefs challenge the finest in

O.k., si I am a native Georgian...growin up going to P.C. Beach, and always had to go to Schooners at least once a trip! Im still visiting P.C.B, even though I reside in Idaho. and just looking at this beautiful sunset cam is so relaxing, and keeps me going til my next visit..thank you, Schooners!!!

We come every year to Thunder Beach Motorcycle Rally. The first year we stayed at Treasure Island and just happened to walk down the beach, heard the music, and stopped in. The food was great, service was wonderful, and the music was awesome. Now it's an every year event. We watch the web cam hundreds of times a year to get our "fix" of Schooners. I think we really come to PCB because of Schooners but use the Rally as an excuse.

I've been coming to panama city beach since 1973 it's grown,
alot in the last 25 -30 yrs i've seen alot of other beaches,
long beach ca north and even cabo sanluke and panama city
beach has them all beat nice sand cool people and lots to see and do, i live in pittsburgh pa and i 'm going to move down this spring for good it's the place you want to be.
