The Sandpiper Beacon is the place to stay. We booked a room that sleeps 12 and they have the Tiki Bar right there with no cover for guest and no lines to wait in. Why pay those outrageous covers everywhere the Tiki Bar is always packed.

hi, anyone no where the best place to go for spring break, miami south beach or panama city beach????any ideas. will mtv be returning for 2010 and when is this likely to take place, or how to find out, and is it worth spending a week in south beach and a week in panamar city and does any one no how to book transfers....im so confused.

I've never been to South Beach, only Panama City. I hear South Beach is maybe the best but I can't confirm it. I love Panama City and I keep going back there. Sure, hit both if you have that kind of money to spend, no one else does.
In Panama City, I try to stay at a condo right on the beach, preferably Edgewater, its nicer than the other ones I've stayed at.
Main clubs to hit are Club LaVela and Spinnackers, although the waitresses at Spinnackers are total bitches, I prefer LaVela.
If you do spend a week at both, maybe hit South Beach forst, just cause you get an extra week of warming up for Panama City since its 7-8 hours north and cooler, you'll want all the extra warmth you can get. When I was there in '08, it was 50-60's most of the time. If we woulda went 1-2 weeks later, it woulda been much warmer than early March.

I think everyone who comes to spring break needs to remember that although we are on vacation to party some people live here! We all need to respect that and respect the fact that some people have kids.If it weren't for the locals okaying this big ass party it wouldn't be happening!
Ladies act like ladies if their are kids around keep your shirt on,and remember thongs aren't the best thing to wear around a place where an elementary school is less than 1/4 mile away! It's ok to be hot, but thongs and flashing are just downright trashy when you do it in front of joe and joanne schmo and their 12 & 7 year old kids!! Save the nudity for nighttime and inside the clubs!!

Im so ready to party it up for spring break of 09!!! Me and 4 of my girl friends are gettin a nice condo at Seychells. We have two nice vehicles we are gonna rock out....a silver dodge charger and a black cadillac srx. We are going from the 13th thru the 18th. Are those good times to go? I hope the weather is nice! One year we went and it rained every day we were there. We are bringin a TON of alcohol with us and plenty of money to buy more. I hope everyone has a blast on their spring break and i hope to see some of you there!!!! Oh and ladies.....dont forget to earn your beads. Thats the best part!!! Lol.

Hey i've done spring break in Panama City Beach the past 4 years. Pineapple Willies Pier Bar is brand new with great reggae bands playing throughout March. They have great drinks and cheap beer, real strict on ID though. Heard the staff is trained to spot fakes so if you're underage definetly stick with just the restaurant. Awesome food too.

me and my buddies have been going since we've been 14 in high school. This year we'll be 21 and ready to party harder than ever before! I'll give my opinion on some of the clubs... Le vela- awesome place to go if you are 21 but if you're not you have to be rich it's like a 25 dollar cover along with spinnakers... Hammerheads cool and fun not as strict with ids those three are where I enjoy dancing and getting shitty... We're going the second week of march along with the majority of big named schools in Georgia... PCB here we come!!

you can try Edgewater Beach Resort, its not real cheap, but it is a hot spot. Also, right next door is the Holiday Inn Sunspree. Really all places are gonna be overpriced durin this time of year.

events start the last week of february and go into the second week of april. I should know i work at a hotel in pcb. the PEAK of spring break starts the second week of march and ends the last day of march. The most important thing for spring brakers is being informed. it is fun to go somewhere new, it is not fun to show up without the knowledge you need to have a good time. Almost every hotel or condo requires a special age or spring break deposit. EVERYONE (some charge if you are under 30 and some just for coming in march!) should call the hotel they plan to stay at to find out the deposit. Your vacation (supposedly cheap vacation) can be easily ruined by an unexpected deposit. If you don't have the cash or meet the requirements you WILL be turned away from checkin. sucks for us and for you.
