Complete Contest Rules

1. The 'Watch and Win' contest is a promotion brought to you by The Tourist Network. Entries will be accepted through the official website - TripSmarter.Com.

2.Small prize packages may be awarded throughout the contest period, but MOST prizes will be awarded in Fall 2010, after the contest.

3. In order to be eligible for the prizes, you must have filled out the online entry form and you must tell us you are watching our station when we call. Prizes will be decided by random drawing from all entries, so the more you enter, the better your chances to win!

4. Anyone wishing to enter the contest must first fill out a short entry form which enters you in the contest. Multiple entries allowed. Winner will be contacted with details on how to claim their prize.

5. Prizes do NOT include airfare or any other travel arrangements.

6. All contests occur at the discretion of the management of The Tourist Network.

7. Employees and immediate family members of The Tourist Network, The Davis Company, TripSmarter.Com, and all subsideries of said companies are not eligible.

8. Winners are responsible for all transportation, taxes or fees incurred by accepting prizes, and gratuities.

9. Prizes will be awarded from The Tourist Network to the winner upon proof of entry, eligibility and identity.

10. All contestants agree to the use of their names and/or likeness by The Tourist Network for use in media promotion now and in the future without further compensation.

11. The Tourist Network reserves the right to modify or change the rules or discontinue the contest without advance notice.

12. Awarding of all prizes is at the discretion of The Tourist Network and all decisions are final.

13. The Tourist Network reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of greater, lesser, or equal value.
