Margit Bisztray, a long time resident of Key West, has been reviewing restaurants and writing about food for ten years. She has published three editions of The Complete Key West Dining Guide, and her work has appeared in such publications as Vogue, Gourmet, Islands and Metropolitan Home.

In this edition of Margit's Top Five, Margit returns to New Orleans for the first time since Katrina and gives the scoop on dining in New Orleans.

Very cool! Great to see Margit's take on the city, and lots of my favorite places!

Commanders Palace! Awesome since they had to basically rebuild it from the bottom up - it's more gorgeous than ever, and the food is truly better, cos they spent over a year working on new recipes and new suppliers while they were closed. They kept their full chef team employed while they were closed, just working on making everything more perfect. It worked!
